Made of Hard Maple, it is unfinished as the Checkels wanted to finish it themselves. This project was actually a donation for a Katrina relief fundraiser. It extends and there is an additional leaf that can be added when needed.
Made of cherry with dark walnut stain and blonde shellac finish. This design was modeled from a picture in a magazine. The original had a more pronounced bulge on the column, but I preferred it more slender.

Made of Locust with blonde shellac finish. I designed this end table in a craftsman inspired style. It has a small drawer to hide the Lothamer’s collection of remote controls, and a rack beneath to hold magazines.
